The Gherpe table lamp does not belong to the traditional types of table lighting fixtures, both for its shape, similar to the shell of a marine creature, and for the materials for industrial use, such as methacrylate. It represents one of the first examples of an interactive lighting fixture which, thanks to the relationship with the user, is able to change shades.
